Ryan Waste Announces Heavy Metal Side Project

Author: The MUNICIPAL WASTE guitarist began working on the band, VOLTURE, in early 2009. They play straight up heavy metal in the vein of “MERCYFUL FATE, HEAVY LOAD, and JUDAS PRIEST”
There are two songs up on the bands MySpace as well as Ryan’s full statement.
It sounds like some pretty good material, I’m looking forward to hearing more soon. Maybe they’ll get some work done while Waste singer, Tony Foresta, embarks on a small east coast tour with his excellent hardcore side project NO FRIENDS. Which starts today in Raleigh, North Carolina.
